Wrong sender displayed on replied email

Hi we are using Outlook 2003 as our mail client. We have one user that sends email regularly. If you reply to a mail sent from that user the mail is displayed as being sent from themselves in their inbox rarther than from the person who actually replied to it. This only happens to replied mails and not to other mails.
How can we get this users inbox to display the correct senders name. Thanks.
