wysiwyg not working

I have a machine here with off 2k win 98 se that will not resize the columns during print preview and printing. The columns always print with more space than they need instead of like the screen looks before going to preview mode. even tried changing the fonts in the normal template but that still didn’t do the trick. Works on my machine just fine and others that I have tested. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I even uninstalled the software and used microsofts complete removal tool and still the same results when I re-install.
