X Server Problem in RedHat 6.2

You weren't very detailed in you question, but I will try to help. First, the init level needs to be set to 5. Check the inittab file and make sure the default level is 5. Init 3 is commandline and init 5 is X. Type "init 5" from the command line to find out if X will start.
If that doesn't work, double check your config. Try running "Xconfigurator" from the command line and test the configuration after you set it up to make sure it works.
