Okay I have a W2K server with three XP Pro workstations all running zone alarm firewall.
I have set a GP in the past and all worked but I decided to delete it and create another.
I am trying to block certain web addresses for certain user accounts. I have set up a few blcoked web addresses as a test and then applied permissions on the group for user accounts to have apply and not apply permission.
Nothing happens! I even have tried gpupdate /force on a workstation with a user account that should take the GP.
I used ‘Active Directy Users & Computers’ to set the policies, should I be using ‘group policy snap in’ on ther server? or is there something else fundimentaly wrong here?
