XP Desktop Toolbar has disappeared

We are running XP Professional with two user accounts set up on it. This morning, when switching between user accounts, the desktop toolbar ?disappeared? from the second user?s profile. We tried moving around the edges of the screen in case it wasdragged off screen, but no luck. Also, tried calling up the star menu by using the Windows Logo key but this had no effect. To make matters worse, when we switched back to the other user account the desktop toolbar was gone from this session as well.

Performed a system restore to the previous day and the toolbar has reappeared on one user?s desktop but NOT the other. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
