My Dell computer came with an installation CD for Windows XP. The computer cannot start Windows and after I read about the information, I try to boot the computer with the installation disc. From the information I got from DEll website, I have to press F10 several time when the setup starts Windows and I managed to get to the Recovery Console screen. But I cannot get the 1: C: windows XP selction by pressing 1 – it simply did not respond. Would you please let me know if there any way I can move forward?
