XP Virus problem

I have a client with a laptop .. XP Pro loaded and from time to time Norton will come up and inform her that there was a virus repaired (Funlove.4099) When I have her do a scan it comes up negative. How can I fix this? I know there is a Fixfun repair tool from Symantec but it needs to run in DOS… Cannot run DOS on a XP machine. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
