Spooler Subsystem app encountered a problem and needed to close. I am getting this error preodically. I am also using a HP 1012 printer and XP Home. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Try reinstalling the Printer Drivers

Or better still go to HP's Web Site and download the newest drivers available and install them.

Look at
and as smeg says make sure you are using the latest driver.

I remember this has been discussed before.

May be a problem with HP driver
