Alright, here is the situation. Here lately it seems that we all are griping about management. Now I know this is a legitimate gripe and I do it too. The question I pose here is this. What changes when you move into management? What makes you the SOB that everyone hates. How do you go from Bob the funny guy in the next cubicle to VP Bob the dillhole everyone hates. I think it is interesting and I wonder this often. Some managers seem to retain their humanity until they are forced to dispense some sort of decision that the employees do not like. You all know the axiom of too many cooks. Well in management it is anything to keep the comany rolling. I jsut wonder what you all think…I am not looking for a flame fest, just opinionsthat you people garner. Thanks
