“Zipping” of multiple attachments?

User tells me that when they email more than one attachment Outlook2003 creates a “zip” file and receipient can’t get it due to security system. When I send a group of attachments, they all appear seperately to the receipient. Is there a setting in Outlook that is causing my user their result?
