For more than 25 years, Jag Bains, Vice President Solution Engineering at Link11 has been working in various positions in various Internet Service Provider companies. As CTO for DOSArrest Internet Security, he was responsible for defining next generation products and services. This included integration of website monitoring service to create the first fully managed DDoS protection service in the industry. As Director of Network Operations PEER1 at Network/HOSTING, he was responsible for the architecture, operations, monitoring and maintenance of the PEER1 FastFiber Network. His responsibilities included the international backbone to data center networks and managed customer firewalls and load balancers. At the University of Victoria, Jag Bains graduated with a B. Sc. in Health Information Science.
