\n\tBarnes & Noble CEO William Lynch showed off the new Nook Tablet, updated Nook Color and the Nook Simple Touch ereader at the Barnes & Noble store in Union Square, Manhattan.

\n\tLynch says the new 7-inch Nook Tablet will be powered by a 1Ghz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM and up to 1080p video support.
