Our AT&T test unit had a 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage (expandable via the microSD slot), a 5" HD Super AMOLED display (1920 x 1080p resolution), a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, and a 2.0-megapixel front-facing camera. It measures 5.38" (H) x 2.74" (W) x 0.31" (D) and weighs 4.59 ounces.
