i-mate will be releasing a new JAQ4 device along with Windows Mobile 6 upgrades for the JAQ3. New colorful SPL devices with WM6 will also be launched. Toshiba is also getting back into the mobile market with a couple of cool new devices.

The JAQ4 is a Windows Mobile 6 Professional device with integrated GPS and 2 megapixel digital camera.

It looks like I will be able to upgrade my JAQ3, which should be a great way to speed up a slightly slow device with a 200MHz processor.
