    I slid an x-acto knife between the white and the metal at the top right corner and pried around. (I started on the side and I’m lucky I didn’t cut the cable to the hard drive).

    There are a few really small black screws holding down the board that take about a T6 torx. In lieu of that, I used a REALLY small hex.

    I folded the screen out and unplugged it with the hard drive and battery still hooked up. You could probably take them out, but I’ve heard horror stories about removing the battery.
