The Vertu Signature Model 2006 provides coverage in more than 175 countries. It comes in six models with standard cell phone features including Bluetooth connectivity and multi-language predictive text input. The polished gold model (left) retails at one U.S. jewelry chain for $18,750. A Signature Standard platinum model retails for $31,850.
Vertu
The Vertu Diamond comes in four 18-carat white or yellow gold models, and one made of platinum. They are embedded with Pave diamonds and are only made to order. The cost of this phone is around $88,300 according to several Web sites.
The Vertu Ascent cell phone is the budget model made with a leather backing and a scratch-resistant alloy body. It carries a price tag of around $4,900.
