Yahoo users can choose to enter text or upload an image for their “sign-in seal.” Some Yahoo users have already been given the option to create a seal through this page. The company plans to offer the feature to all U.S. users in the next couple of weeks.

In addition to the text or image, a Yahoo user can also customize the color of the sign-in seal. The preview pane shows the selected text, or in this case the image.
After creating the sign-in shield, Yahoo tells the user that it will only display on the PC on which it was created.
Once a sign-in shield has been created, it shows up when a Yahoo login page is viewed on the user’s computer.
