Mac OS X Server Licensing
Apple’s Mac OS X Server offers at least one critical advantage over Windows servers: there is no additional cost for client access licenses, either for accessing file servers or email servers. The Mac OS X Server v10.6 Snow Leopard software ships with unlimited client licenses for $499, but it is included on the Mac Mini server. The licensing difference saves small businesses thousands of dollars, no insignificant factor.
