Underneath that cardboard is where the headphones sit held in by plastic wrap and a triangular piece of cardboard. In the box shapes at the top and bottom of the headphones are the other various components.

World of Warcraft Wireless Headset: All Pieces Included

Headphones Lit Up
Within the software, you can alter the color emitted by the ear cups to virtually any color under the rainbow. I could not be a self-respecting member of the Horde without using a red color behind the Horde lenses. Also, the volume controls are built into the edging of the left ear cup.

Controls on Left Ear Cup
The rest of the controls are located on the outside of the left ear cup. From the left to right: power button, USB charger port, microphone jack, and (barely visible) microphone mute / wireless pairing button.

Software - Illumination
The first screen within the software contains the color selection options. You can choose the color, intensity, and pulsation as well as set a timeout on when the light turns off.

Software - Game Audio
The ability to alter your voice to sound more like your character would be great for role players or anyone wanting to annoy their Guild Leader.

The key bindings screen will let you bind a key to change illumination settings and sound effects screens and control volume and mute.
