Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga

Like its predecessors, the convertible X1 Yoga laptop can be folded back on itself to be used as a kiosk-style display or tablet. This most recent outing has a keyboard that retracts into the body when used as a tablet, lets you log in with your face and is available with an OLED display, capable of deeper blacks and more vibrant images than most competing screen tech.

Available in February, starting at $1,499.

Lenovo Miix 720

A high-end tablet with a detachable keyboard, digital pen and kickstand, the Miix competes with Surface Pro but has better specs.

Available with the keyboard from April, starting at $999.99. The Lenovo Active Pen 2 goes on sale in February from $59.99.

HP’s thinnest and lightest convertible laptop/tablet, a business-focused device with facial log-in that comes with the latest Intel processor and a glass touchpad, as well as various security and privacy safeguards.
