2022 State of Operational Technology and Cybersecurity Report

The 2022 State of Operational Technology and Cybersecurity Report, now in its fourth annual iteration, finds that organizations are still moving too slowly toward full protection of their operational technology (OT) assets.

Based on a global survey of more than 500 operational technology (OT) security professionals, this year’s report finds that while OT security has the attention of organizational leaders, it continues to be owned by relatively low-ranking professionals.

And while security is a part of the performance measurements for most survey respondents, many are measured more on efficiency factors that might bring the temptation to cut corners on security.

This report presents all the findings and also identifies several of the best practices the companies need to take to avoid intrusions.
