DEVICE TROUBLESHOOTING
• For device connectivity issues (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data problems) try toggling Airplane mode on then off to see if the connection restores. If it does not (or other nagging problems persist), reboot the device. Ensure the data plan provides sufficient data access for the device to connect to the internet properly. Ensure the correct Wi-Fi networks are being connected to and the appropriate passwords utilized.
• For poor battery life issues, monitor the Battery usage section under Settings to see which apps are consuming the most resources. Turn off, disable, or remove if possible. If not possible, attempt to update or reinstall them.
