With a fast growth of networking, streaming, data storage and its collection capacity, big data are now unfolding fastly in all fields of science, medical, engineering, politics, entertainment, social media etc. with all this autonomous sources having complex and evolving relationships between the, heterogeneous data is accumulated, this is a big data. This paper presents ACEH theorems that characterize the features of big data for data mining. This is a data driven three tire approach of data mining, which involves aggregation, mining, analysis, privacy and security considerations.
