The highlight of the entire KnowBe4 show was a talk by Rachel Tobac, CEO & ethical hacker at SocialProof Security. Not only did she discuss the ease with which people can be hacked, but she also provided filmed and live demonstrations of how she hoodwinks people into giving her credentials and infiltrating their accounts within a few minutes. She said that powerful AI algorithms, large language models and AI voice cloning capabilities have revolutionized the way hackers operate.
“AI has accelerated the pace of hacking, provided criminals with new and better tools and has significantly increased the risk of attacks,” said Tobac. “Two minutes of a voice is all I need to create a believable voice clone.”
