Data warehouse is one of the key Information Technology (IT) infrastructures. Data warehouse involves a huge financial undertaking. It is important that data warehouse performance is measured in terms of some key aspects. A Balanced ScoreCard (BSC) approach could be applied to measure the performance of data warehouse operations. This paper discusses measurements of performance that provides a comprehensive view of data warehouse operations. These measures include user perspective, internal process perspective, financial perspective, and innovation and growth perspective.
