In this paper, the authors present two major areas, the Multitier Service Oriented Architecture and the combination between the computing cloud and MV-SOA. Thus, it is suggested to extend firstly the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) into an architecture called MV-SOA by adding two components, the Multitier service generator, whose role is to transform the classic service into Multitier service and the data base, this component seeks to stock all of consumer service information. It is also suggested to combine the computing cloud and Multitier Service Oriented Architecture MVSOA.
