The Dell Canvas is a horizontal “workspace” that you can use at an angle or flat on your desk. It includes a 27″ QHD touch sensitive display, pen, and “totem” control wheel. Unlike the Microsoft Surface Studio, the Canvas is a peripheral, not an all-in-one computer. It’s also about half the price.
