If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. My System switches off itself randomly.
celeron 466,
intel 810chipset motherboard(mercury),
ATX cabinet etc.
I use the onboard AGP, and Sound card. I have installed windows98 (second edtion) as the OS. Every thing went on well for some time. Now the problem is that the system reboots randomly. Since it is an ATX cabinet the power is turned off automaticaly. It happens more while playing games or immediately afterwards. It even does not perform scandisk when i restart it.
I have tried reinstalling win98 without formatting. The system rebooted many times during the installation itself. I have also re-installed the display drivers. But nothing has worked. All the device drivers installed are appropriate. All the devices work fine when viewed through device manager and control panel.
I don't understand why it happens Can you help me solving this.
Thank you
sarat.
