"0x80040119" and "Unknown error"

"0x80040119" and "Unknown error" error messages when you try to read, send, receive, or delete e-mail in Outlook
I have exchange server 2003 installed and am running Terminal Server. I get this message when logged in a terminal server session but not when I am logged in locally to my domain. It doesn't seem to prevent my mail from functioning but the error is annoying and disturbing to my clients.
Any ideas besides running scanpst.exe?

That is the solution that Microst has called for in

The only other thought I have does the user normally connect using Outlook cached mode? This could cause that same issue.

I had this in Outlook 2003 on Vista, seemed that the startin shortcut had ""C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /recycle " NOTE the "/recycle" switch, after removing the "/recycle"-switch problem solved..

in some cases 0x80040119 error can be a result of a broken pst file.
Yes, microsoft solution is not very helpful (, but have you tried ? Looks like a very detailed guide.
