1 Modem for everyone?

I have a LAN that has a T1 for internet and another T1 for a connection to a private network. The private network can also be accessed through a dial-up conection. I would rather use the dial-connection. Is there away I can setup the network so not everyone needs a modem on there desktop. Maybe one modem in the server room for everyone. How would I set this up?
