1.0.0.10 has stopped working

hi

am currently having a problem with my Computer , everytime i connect any USB Modem i get this error 1.0.0.10 has stopped working Windows can check online for solution to the problem

then i get 3 suggestions
-Check online for solutions and close the Program
-Close the Program
-Debug the Program

and if i click one of these none works for me .
