1.0.0.10 has stopped working

hi

am currently having a problem with my Computer , everytime i connect any USB Modem i get this error 1.0.0.10 has stopped working Windows can check online for solution to the problem

then i get 3 suggestions
-Check online for solutions and close the Program
-Close the Program
-Debug the Program

and if i click one of these none works for me .

Look at the Windows applications logs to glean what application is causing the problem.
If you can uninstall and reinstall the culprit.
Run sfc /scannow
"System File Checker) scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible"
Install SP1 and other updates. SFC will revert the system files to their original state.

i have done everything u said and remove the culprit after that i get this error now

windows explorer has stopped working
