I have 3 NT 4.0 Dell Servers that all started having problems around the same time. While Veritas is running network backups to these servers, I will get a 10054 Connection Reset Error. This means that I am not getting complete backups of my servers. My servers are located in a server farm, and supposably, I am the only one having problems. I have called Dell, but they insist there is nothing wrong with the servers. I was told to increase the time-out on the NICS, but I don’t know how to do that, and Dell couldn’t figure it out either. I have had the Network admins of the server farm test their network, and they show no problems on their end. Any ideas?
