when system is turned on it comes to the desktop gets the icons on the screen immediately gets a window saying 10078 privacy violation found..it also gives a tab to repair but asks to pay for it..resatrted system in safe mode doesnt get the message..tried to open msconfig in safe mode it doesnt come..also the system restore doesnt work in safe..in normal mode the system locks with the error cannot close that..So plz suggent any answer for this
