128 bit encryption in IE 6

Does IE 6 support 128 bit encryption? I am trying to get to my online banking account and I need to have the 128 bit encryption like IE5 did. If it is supported where can I get a download for it? I went to the MS download site & got the latest security update for it but that didn’t solve my problem.
