If Toyota can recall motor cars world-wide because of a malfunction, why can’t Apple (one of the other biggest companies in the world) be honest and brave enough to admit there is a generic problem causing misery around the world! They have a disgraceful attitude towards their ‘valued’ customers by refusing to admit to this factory-based fault. If you agree, spread the word and advise all your acquaintances not to make any further Apple purchases until this significant problem is addressed and remedied.
