Hi,
I just bought a Western Digital portable USB hard drive and connected it to my desktop. It did not recognize it initally and then I had to go through device manager and update driver. After that I got a message to format the disk, which I did.
Now the drive is showing in my computer but the total size is showing as 16mb.
Can someone please help.
