hi i got given a computer and the guy who gave i to me said he didnt know what was on it him self well when i powered it up it came up with its start up screen with IBM then the screen goes black and it beeps the says on screen 1962 Boot Sequence Error

can any one help me please and im not shore what windows it is i think it my be 95/98 thanks please reply
