2 Domians login

I have a domain at home and one at work. I would like to be able to login to both of them. At this time I have 2 NIC’s and 2 hardware profiles. One for hom and one for work.

Do I have to rejoin each domain everytime I want to access them? Is there away to have Work Profile always list the work domain and Home Profile use the home domain?
