2 Exchange Servers with no FE, and OWA access

Hi,

I’ve got 2 exchange severs in a single domain.
The mail boxes are split accross the two servers.

Everything seems to be fine, except OWA does not work for users with mailboxes on one of the 2 servers.

Is this a common symptom because I have no Exchange front end?
or should this setup work regardless..
