2 network cards on win xp

heres the deal ….
2 machines

Machine1 – cable internet on a linksys router (192.168.1.1), 2 network cards, 2 printers. XP

Machine 2 – adsl internet on a 2wire router (192.168.1.254), 2 network cards, 1 printers. XP

i want machine 1 to use 1 of the network cards on the linksys router (cable) for internet access. i want the other card to plug into the 2 wire router (adsl) so that i can share files/printers that are on machine2.

i want the reverse to be true for machine2.

how can i make a card only be used for intranet even though it is plugged into a dhcp router?? need help fast.
