2 NICS

I’m having some trouble getting a 2nd NIC enabled in my Win2K box. Both NICS are installed with the current, proper drivers etc.

I can bring up the 1st NIC no prob. I can ping it, 217.123.xxx.2 and the world. When I enable the 2nd NIC – NIC 1 no longer functions.

1st NIC: 209.37.xxx.1 mask:255.255.255.128
2nd NIC: 217.123.xxx.1 mask:255.255.255.224

The reverse is also true. If I disable both I can bring up the 2nd NIC and it works fine. As soon as I enable NIC 1 the NIC 2 dies.

Anyideas?
