2 pci bus

my old hdd which i inserted in my new pc reports 2 pci bus(code 2).my new pc has onboard vga sound & lan. How can i install the drivers?.Did delete pci in d/manager but when pc starts i get the same message in d/manager.Tried to install drivers withadd h/ware, but pc detects old settings.I.m running windows 98 -ugrade from win95.
