The title says it all: what’s the average weekly “bonus” (added to the salary) for an IT support team, available on phone 24/7?
I’m part of a 6 people team, that will have to rotate on weekly basis on a 24/7 support, and we have to make a “price” proposal to our board.
Unfortunately, I’m not aware of the values that are currently being paid to all fellow developers out there.
