I am supposed to configure several pcs to run on dual boot – Win95 and Dos 6.22/Win3.11 which is not that difficult.
The problem is this:
Everything is fine when i partition the harddisk – 2 primary dos + 1 extended dos.
Unfortunately, whenever i load a boot manager, two harddisk appeared when i only have one. What i meant was, when i boot in Win95, i saw drive c,d,e and f. Drive d is an identical image of c and f is and identical image of e. Whatever i installed on drive c will appear on drive d but in Win95 mode, drive d slows down the system tremendously. The same applied when i boot dos 6.22 also.
I tried changing the boot manager, but the same happen again and again and again. The worst thing is – after running the boot manager, i tried to run fdisk and fdisk showed 2 harddisk with 2GB when i only have 1 HD with 2GB. And i am running out of time. The 84 pcs must be up and running by this 22nd August. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
