When a user (win95, OSR2; Word 97 SR-2) opens Word then goes to open Wrod a second time the computer locks up and must be Ctrl-Alt-Del rebooted. It does not happen if the 2nd instance of Word is started with /a. There are no startup files, Normal.dot seems OK (no virus, recreating Normal.dot was no help), and Bsh32.wll & HTML.wll are the only libraries loaded. Any ideas? How do I fix a damaged HKCU/Software\Microsoft\Office\8.0\Word\Data (or \Options) key?
