32 bit access violation

I am using Macfee first aid and i keep getting 32-bit access violation error which causes programs to crash. MS access is an example, I can’t even open it now, I get this message first. i can get into other programs but get this after a half hour orso, and will keep getting it until i close the program down as it suggests. I have tried everthing, have re-installed OS, I got a new harddrive and thought this would solve the problem, within a week it was back.
