I’m trying to setup a 3Com 4400 switch to send it’s syslog files to a log analysis server. When I setup the webcache on the switch I give it the IP and MAC of the server and then it asks for a unit:port. Is there one that I should be using over another for this last option? Thusfar, when I select a port, I enable the Webcache and specify the IP of the server for that. When I do a summary, it said that the check failed. All suggestions are appreciated.
