By chrisfraser ·
Has anyone used the 3com NBX system to replace their current PBX? Are IP Phones ready to replace the current generation of digital phone systems?

Other IP Phone Systems

by chrisfraser In reply to Avaya's IP Phones

I just talked to a friend with a web design business. He's going to try an IP phone system that uses an NT box.
Out concern is it has to be reliable, and the "old" digital Lucent and Nortel systems do that.

At what price cost-benefit

by chrisfraser In reply to 3com NBX IP Phone System

As much as I like the easy to manage features, the NBX doesn't compete price-wise with the competition. Its too bad 3com only makes one model of phone, if they offered a cheaper model it would make a difference. As it stands they are too expensiveof a solution for me.
