ok so i was reformatting my rig. i already had the HDD split into 3 partitions 127GB (which was my original xp install), a 246GB ( which i was using for backup), and 131GB of pure unallocated unformatted space. so i bought a new mobo, and before installing it i backed up everything into my 246GB partititon, then i setup my rig and restarted hopeing to have an easy install. started the XP pro setup and when i wnet to format the only option i had was my 131GB. the other two partitions were nowhere to nbe found so i thought “ok i’ll just install and try to go into the partition manager and recover those partitions”. and to my dismay nothing appeared. so im coming to you guys kinda stumped if anyone can help i would greatly appreaciate it.
