Problem with outgoing mail to only one particular company.
E-mail coming back says:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
‘name@othercompany.com’ on 12/14/2001 11:52 AM
Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=site;l=server-011214195216Z-8430
MSEXCH:IMS:sitename:sitename:server 3550 (000B09AA) 550 email rejected
E-mail to name@othercompany.com is rejected regardless of who the internal sender is. But e-mail is received successfully from the the other company. I checked Exchange and user settings, no restrictions applied. I’ve asked the user of the other company to check with their IS guys to see if any restrictions applied — None.
Previous to this month, e-mail was successful sent to and back from this company.
This is the only company that we are unable to send e-mail to. Is there another setting i’ve missed?
